Facilities Team Member

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance to keep the building in excellent condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors regularly.
• Clean and restock restrooms as needed.
• Ensure all doors are locked after hours.
• Safely clean up spills using appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and promptly report major issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and tools.
• Coordinate with contract cleaning services when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
• Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Flexibility to work mid-shift during peak seasons.
• Foster a positive work environment with a cooperative and pleasant attitude.
• Wear appropriate uniforms, be dependable, and arrive on time.
• Demonstrate respect and understanding toward co-workers and customers.

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Experience with basic maintenance, building repairs, and janitorial tasks.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to safely handle and use cleaning supplies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment.
